Tal Brody to Receive First Annual Willis Reed Courage Award at January 17 Annual Charity Legends Luncheon
The South Florida Basketball Association is both proud and excited to announce that Israel’s Mr Basketball Tal Brody will be the recipient of the inaugural Willis Reed Courage Award at our Annual Charity Legends Luncheon on January 17 at The Broken Sound Club.
All of us who grew up around basketball in the Sixties and Seventies know the legend of Tal Brody, an All-American at the University of Illinois, the 12th pick in the NBA draft who instead made Aliya to Israel and went on to become Mr Basketball there.
